Senior Construction Manager - Qatar

Our client is an engineering consulting company, the largest industrial groups of that time for giving evidence throughout the world of the Italian “know-how” and "capacity“ to perform engineering and is looking for a Senior Construction Manager.

The Construction Manager will provide the transition from design through to the construction phase, by providing advice and expertise on construction matters to the Client and other consultants, where required. As the project moves into the construction phase, the construction manager will be assigned these duties.

He will have a strong background in civil construction related to Metro/LRT/Tramways, Trackwork, Traction Power, Catenary/APS System, Depot, and system installations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's of Engineer in Civil
- Total 15 years of experience
- Minimum 10 years experience in Rail/Metro Project

Fully conversant with Conditions of Contract for Plant & Design-Build (First Ed, 1999), different procurement strategies, construction planning and logistics, as well as selection of different techniques and methodologies. He will ensure the adherence to all QCS codes, International Standards and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
