Job description / Role
This is a senior client side role to work on a long term multi faceted infrastructure programme managing a team of quantity surveyors. This is Senior management role for a commercial or contracts manager with a background in major infrastructure projects. Projects will include road, rail and utility Projects.
The role will include providing high level contractual advise and with a team of cost consultants preparing high level cost estimations for mega projects.
Requirements
* Working for or previously worked with an internationally recognised consultancy.
* Degree qualified with Min 12 years post graduate experience
* Ideally Professionally Qualified by the RICS
* Not jumped from job to job - minimum three years with each company.
* At least 8 years major infrastructure project experience
* Expert knowledge of all commercial contracts with FIDIC experience or knowledge preferred.
* Pre and Post Contract Infrastructure project experience
* Experienced in the use of CESMM3
