Senior Contracts Manager - Forensic Planning and Claims

Job description / Role

A Leading International Consultant is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager with forensic planning and claims experience to take the lead on their prestigious infrastructure project in Doha. This company are well established in Qatar and have already worked on several mega projects. Candidates will have a track record in providing contract and commercial expertise on major projects. They will also have good contractual experience and will have excellent technical knowledge.

The successful candidate will manage all pre- and post- contract activities, Interacts with Client, consultants, and contractors throughout the project life-cycle. Proven experience dealing with contractor and consultants claims and disputes is essential.

Requirements

- Degree qualified
- 20 years of post graduate experience
- Ideally with some Middle East experience
- Solid background in forensic planning and claims
- The candidate will be client facing and have excellent management skills alongside their commercial acumen.
- Previous experience working on major roads and highways projects is essential
- Proven ability to successfully deliver in a challenging environment
- Stable track record with international companies
