Employment: Full Time

Role Summary:

All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.

Over 70% of their fleet is powered by GE products and have long term services contract with GE for over$15B . The fleet composition is complex as they fly 6 different GE engine type and they are at various stage of maturity. Qatar demands excellence from their employees and hold vendors accountable to very high standard. This role is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate account management leadership and differentiate GE products and services by working horizontally within GE matrix.

- Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering a wide variety of support services offered for assigned region, product, or coverage area
- Responsible for knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines, their associated configuration installations, and represents the most direct access to all appropriate internal functions to support the customer
- Establish and maintain contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area
- Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions
- Develops the year plan for the own function the basis of the framework of the strategic plan for the whole unit
- Presents projects plans, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior business leaders (EB and SEB) within technical space and occasionally to senior leaders in partner technical teams
- Important business unit clients
- Complex processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience
- Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Customer Service Management
- Must have valid authorization to work full-time without any restriction in the role's location
