Senior HSE Manager

Job description / Role

Our client is an award-winning firm of architects, urban and master planners, interior, landscape and structural designers, engineers, quantity surveyors and project and design managers and are looking for a Senior HSE Manager to join their expanding team.

Requirements

- Should have an Engineering/Architectural background
- Has experience in stadium design process
- Familiar with FIFA standards
- Past experience with international design offices
- Specialist in Health and Safety

Past experience in building the safety in Design, to address the following fields:
- The design of buildings or structures should consider risk from site hazards
- Health hazards should be designed
- Safety hazards should be designed
- Consider prefabrication to minimise hazardous work on site
- Features that reduce or eliminate the risk of falling should be introduced where it is not possible to remove the need to work at height
- Design to simplify safe construction
- Identify worst case scenarios and implement the preventive control measures
- Design to simplify future maintenance and cleaning work
- Identify unusual demolition hazards for future plans
