Job description / Role

Employment: Contract

• Ensure the implementation of NOC HSE policy and objectives within assigned tasks / projects.
• Ensure the implementation of NOC Quality policy and procedure within assigned tasks / projects.
• Provide leadership skills to achieve the HSE, Quality and commercial targets by ensure no harm for People/ environment /asset, cost saving and execute the assigned activities within the estimated time frame and cost.
• Develop and review the required Standard, specifications and procedures for the HVAC discipline.
• Maintain the NOC standard to meet the international codes like ISA, API and IEC.
• Ensure NOC Standard, specifications, guidelines and procedures are followed in the execution of tasks / projects activities.

Requirements

Minimum Qualification:
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 10 years plus experience in HVAC systems for the offshore Oil and Gas Upstream facilities preferably in Design offices, Construction and/or in Operating Companies.
• Sound experience in Brownfield projects and HVAC systems retrofit.
• Good sense of team spirit leadership, strong interpersonal & soft communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in an environment of continuous improvements. Able to keep discipline and resolve conflict.
• Fluent in English – Verbal and Written.
