Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior KPI Specialist to join our KEO office based in Doha, Qatar.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Develops the plan that will be implemented by reviewing and establishing strategic priorities and sets actual plans and deliverables by BPD and the related projects.
- Develop and recommend new strategic plans and mitigate any potential risk for the management and the process.
- Manages and Controls KPI(s) in coordination with the key personnel at BPD which facilitates accurate budgeting resource planning and goal-setting.
- Acts as a coach for the team and all sections to develop and ensure all personnel are in alignment with the set strategy and KPI(s).
- Collaborates with the team to implement, manage, and assess the success of the set-goals.
- Follow-up with the update in the market and sets a benchmark for the initial expected results along with the financial and expected goals.
- Identifies gaps in the set strategy and procedures and advice on the corrective measures.
- Champion of good ethics implementation in the team.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years of experience, at least 5 years of experience in Strategy & KPIs managerial position. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or any equivalent engineering degree
