Senior Management Consultant - Business Process Management
The role will be working for the client to manage a Business Process Re-engineering function focusing on the analysis and design of business processes and workflows.
The aim of the role being to rethink how "work is done" in order to improve process output efficiency and optimize the flow of process within a business function and beyond.
The role includes working with all relevant stakeholders as well as rolling out of awareness, analysis and reporting activities.
Requirements
- Qualified to at least degree level with 5 years experience
- Experience of leading change implementation projects
- Business process re-engineering experience
- Proven track record in successfully delivering change project
- Good communication skills including excellent client facing skills and excellent presentation skills
- Experience in one or more of the following industries; property, education, health, retail and government sector
- Proven track record with a management consultancy or client organisation
