Senior Manager Executive Recruitment - Qatar Airways - Doha

As the Senior Manager Executive Recruitment in our team you will be accountable for the provision of an Executive Recruitment service, including advice,decision making support, market intelligence and insight. You will define the Executive Recruitment approach for Qatar Airways and is accountable for delivering it, driving continuous improvement in key performance indicators (quality, time and cost of hiring).

One will be responsible for developing a customer focused sourcing service that will meet the needs of all stakeholders, providing a world class customer experience into the acquisition of future talent, paramount to the business's continuing success. This will be to ensure that the sourcing service supports the Recruitment Delivery organisation in the acquisition of hard to find skills and in building pipelines of key talent.

Our Recruitment team is truly international, you will be working with team mates from all over the world. More than this however you will literally be sourcing talent globally with a brief to find the best match at the right price no matter where they are currently based. Our recruitment campaigns take place globally and you will be responsible for identifying potential markets and planning campaigns in these markets to meet the business objectives.

We are also technology savvy and increasingly so. We use an e-recruitment platform and require all our recruiters to have good IT skills. The world is a big place and as we recruit from everywhere making use of technology is important to ensure we are cost-effective and as efficient as possible. We constantly look for new solutions to help us achieve the high volume targets we have and are currently further developing our use of social media.

Requirements

You will need direct experience in a Executive Recruitment & Sourcing to be considered for this role. We strongly prefer people with experience living and working internationally. You need good communication skills and proven flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business.

This job is not for everybody. The recruitment team at Qatar Airways is all hands on-deck, heavy duty recruiting with a strong numbers/metrics focus. We don't get too much into soft recruiting - our team has recruited 7,000+ professionals so far this fiscal year - it's hectic work. What can we offer you?
