Senior Mechanical Engineer

Our client are one of the worlds largest, most recognised and respected Consultancies, that provide services across the whole built environment and project life cycle. With a professional headcount over 15,000 personnel operating in over 60 countries, our client have delivered some of the most recognised projects.

Our client have been managing projects in the middle east for over 50 years, their office in Doha - Qatar has been awarded some of the most prestigious multi billion dollar projects in the country. The average project is worth in excess of 1BN dollars, with a life line of over 5 years - projects are within the construction, rail and heavy civils/infrastructure sector.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Mechanical Engineer to work on major Rail & Metro related projects.

- Provides technical guidance to lower-level Engineers working on the same project.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
- Provide the seal and signature of the professional engineer, as appropriate, ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and ordinances.
- Act in an advisory capacity to the MEP Manager on all mechanical engineering related matters.

Requirements

- To be considered for the role you must have/be:
- Degree Qualified in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in Rail & Metro projects
- 10 years experience
- Ideally GCC experience - but it is not a must
