Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading utility services company based in Qatar that is looking to significantly grow its team. This organisation specialises in providing energy efficient and pioneering sustainable solutions in the market place. The company provides real estate developers with a comprehensive package of utility management including but not limited to: master planning, design of infrastructure, construction supervision and operation.
As Senior Mechanical Engineer your core responsibility will be the onsite management and overall supervision of both district cooling and PWC underground networks construction activities. Among other duties, you will prepare and follow up construction and program/project schedules, prepare progress reports and be involved in all activities through to close out of the project.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. You should have at least 10 years’ total experience, with 8 of those years in the region. Furthermore, you should have excellent technical and communication skills and an ability to work independently as well as alongside others in a multicultural environment.
