Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose: Assist in conducting media planning, branding and associated marketing operations. Drive the implementation of the agreed brand engagement programme across the company. Liaise with agencies/vendors on the development of creative campaigns and collaterals. Play a key in liaising with relevant departments to ensure optimum product knowledge and marketing services support.

Duties:
- Assist in the development of the annual projects’ marketing and advertising plans for all projects and completed properties (during both construction and operations stages)
- Coordinate with Sales and Leasing on all marketing efforts required for projects and completed properties
- Perform day-to-day marketing and advertising of CLIENT’s projects and completed properties in coordination with Property Management
- Manage marketing and advertising initiatives and operations in Museums Department, Sales and Leasing Centres, Asset Management and other departments as required
- Coordinate with Events to execute and coordinate project-related advertising events
- Project manage agreed brand engagement programme and liaise with other departments on successful implementation of project
- Facilitate the approvals of artwork produced by agencies related to projects and completed properties’ advertising and all graphics & visuals
- Manage all media planning and buying activities for all advertising and promotional campaigns
- Assist in the development of the scope and criteria of RFP templates for project advertising and media planning agencies in order to identify and select the most suitable agencies based on cost, capability, and understanding of CLIENT’s requirements
- Assist in managing Advertising agency relationship relating to projects and completed properties Below The Line (BTL) and Above The Line (ATL) advertising needs
- Support and assist the development of long term relationships and alliances with strategic marketing partners and key anchor clients in order to build credibility and reputation.
- Assist Digital Media in the development of website content by providing information related to projects and completed properties

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Branding, Media related major)
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience.

Job-Specific Skills:
- Real Estate with Agency Experience
- Excellent Arabic & English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong expertise in Marketing, Branding and Advertising
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills for liaising with colleagues and media agencies
