Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Senior Officer Systems - Qatar Airways - Doha

You will contribute and support, the development of the FFP Business System strategy for implementation and testing to ensure that delivery of new projects meets business standards and timelines.

You will support Manager FFP Systems, in implementation of all New projects and System Enhancements for qmile, mobile applications, mobile site and the Oneworld projects.

You need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and monitor all online system process and online payment on a daily basis.

You are responsible for regular system health checks by generating Automate reports.

Requirements

You will hold a Bachelor degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years job related experience.

You need to have prior Experience in FFP Loyalty Customer processes, reservations. 5+ years of IT experience in leading IT projects, 3+ years experience in managing an Airline FFP Loyalty Online Systems & Applications, with excellent system & data analysis skills.

You will display good communications and organisational skills.
