This excellent opportunity is for a Senior Planning Engineer to join a leading contracting company operating in Qatar, aiming to shape the way people move around the country. My client specialise in the project management, construction, design-build and execution for road works and infrastructure projects.

Our client is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to come on board and work on a new, large-scale highway project in Qatar. The successful candidate will have a number of responsibilities on site and will be carrying out some of the following duties.

DUTIES:
- Following up schedule updates on all projects
- Regularly visiting sites to review planning activity with site planning engineers
- Preparation of EOT Claims
- Offering assistance and advice to planners
- Developing planning procedures in order to become more technically efficient
- Considering department training requirement and putting forward recommendations

Requirements

- 15+ years of planning experience
- BSc in Civil Engineering
- Has previously worked on highway and infrastructure projects
- Proficient in the use of Primavera P6
- Holder of a GCC driving licence
- GCC experience - 3 years +

Our Client offers a competitive salary and benefits package of: 23,000 QAR + Medical + Flights
