Senior Proposal Manager - Qatar

Leading Project Management Company is currently conducting a search for Senior Proposal Manager who has vast experience working on buildings/constructions sector. The position is based in Qatar.

Responsibilities:
- Preparation of all assigned proposals, from concept through presentation to the customer. The proposal shall meet the requirements of the customer and clearly define the scope of work and services to both the client and the internal execution group. The Proposal shall be prepared in a timely manner to comply with internal review requirements and customer requirements.
- Responsible for coordinating “expressions of interest” (EIOs), “pre-qualification” (PQs) Statements, “request for qualification” (RFQs), “request for clarifications” (RFCs) and “request for information” (RFIs) through an established proposal process for public and private sector client and prospective client pursuits.
- Works with business development and technical staff to develop overall strategy for the deliverable.
- Leads an established team of Proposal Development Specialists and provides direction and support so that all deliverables are compliant, compelling and professional.
- Evaluates competitor proposals, win rates, and process to recommend and implement new processes and methods to improve organizational efficiency and win rate.
- Must encourage among team members, foster mutual trust, and strengthen the team’s commitment to achieve the goals of the proposal effort.

Requirements

- You must have a degree in Journalism, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing or any industry related field
- Minimum 10 years of specific business development field experience with a recognized, International Management Consultancy or Architectural/Engineering/Constructions firms on large-scale civil projects.
- Excellent English language skills, verbal and written, Arabic and advantage
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Visio, PowerPoint, MS Office and Works.
- Video production, communication and graphic presentation skills preferred.
- GCC experienced preferred.
