Job description / Role
Position in the organization chart: Reporting to QA/QC Manager.
Main assignments and activities:
- The senior QA/QC Engineer must review method statements, inspection and test plan (ITP) along with records to be used for major activities on the project, including for the activities on the project, including for the activities of the subcontractor.
- The senior QA/QC Engineer must ensure that effective inspection/Testing is carried out by his inspection team as per the approved documents and this inclusive for all the subcontractors on the project.
Monthly Reporting
- The senior QA/QC Engineer must assemble all inspection and test data and issue a monthly report concerning all the quality aspects of the work
- The senior QA/QC Engineer must attend meetings with subcontractors / consultants to address QA/QC matters
- The senior QA/QC Engineer must ensure that all QA/QC logs are propyl updated and traceability of all inspection and testing is well maintained
- The senior QA/QC Engineer must review all test reports and inspection reports and comments addressed and submitted to consultants
- The senior QA/QC Engineer must conduct internal audit& external audit and make audit report.
Autonomy/ Responsibility: to project QA/QC manager, project manager& QDVC corporate quality manager
Requirements
- Level of education: (BSc/BE)
- Specialties: civil engineering
- Experience: 10 years
- Age range: 35-50
- Special knowledge: Document control by ACONEX
- Personal qualities: sincere, hard working, good communication & good writing skills
