Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client a Tier 1 main contractor is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor for their project in Doha, Qatar.

Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials.
- On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.
- Feasibility studies of client requests.
- Dealing with day to day Subcontractors correspondences.
- Site visits, assessments and projections for future work.

Requirements

- Experience in Post contract works and managing the Subcontractor’s packages.
- Good knowledge and experience in Claims & Variations.
- Should have worked on high value Building projects and with Tier 1 Main Contractor’s experience in GCC.
