Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

- Handful experience in Post contract works
- Experience in managing the Subcontractor’s packages
- Dealing with day to day Subcontractors correspondences
- Good knowledge and experience in Claims & Variations
- Ideally should be from a Building project, with Tier 1 Main Contractor’s experience in GCC

Requirements

- Preferably Degree holder/ MRICS
- Required Nationality: South African/ British
- Total Experience: 7 – 15 years

Office working:
6-days a week + 2 Saturdays off in the JV office;

Annual Leaves:
21 calendar days

Air Tickets:
Economy class to home country, after end of one year of employment

Medical Insurance:
Insurance provided in Qatar

Probation Period:
6-months

Terminal Benefits:
As per Qatar Labor Laws
