Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently seeking a number of MRICS senior cost managers (2) for our Doha, Qatar office. We are looking for well-rounded, strategic and dynamic individuals with experience of providing PQS services to a wide range of clients.

In these roles the focus will be on professional work across a wide variety of selected projects, so experience of traditional, design and build procurement, as well as post-contract quantity surveying is necessary.

Requirements

- Degree in quantity surveying from a recognised RICS accredited British university
- Membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- A minimum of five years’ technical delivery experience gained within a consultancy
- Middle East experience preferred
- Strong all-round post-contract experience
- Well organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
- A track record of working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering to deadlines
- A team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, respectful and flexible
