Senior Quantity Surveyor

Client is a leading European Engineering and Design Consultancy that is well established in the Middle East. They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to assist them in the completion of a revolutionary design of a 6 star hotel in Qatar before moving onto other projects.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible Quantity Surveying duties on the design of a unique high-end hotel and must have 10 years' experience with at least 5 years of recent experience within a consultancy and preferably in Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge in FIDIC 1999 Conditions of Contract and QCS 2010 or 2014, experience in high rise building projects and knowledgeable in post contract services. You will have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or quantity surveying and at least 5 years' experience in the GCC.
