Job description / Role
Leading Regional Organisation who are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors/Contracts Specialist to successfully manage mega projects in Qatar.
The client has both mega infrastructure and build projects throughout the GCC region. The successful candidates will be to run projects commercially, develop and grow teams and build a strong relationship with their client.
Must have previous experience with FIDIC and will have a track record in providing contract and commercial expertise and successfully delivering high profile projects.
Requirements
* Only a degree in Quantity Surveying is acceptable
* 15+ years post graduate experience
* Expert knowledge of all commercial contracts with FIDIC experience
* Holding MRICS Professional Qualification is essential
* Have worked on at least one mega project in the Middle East from inception to completion
* Stable track record
* Candidates with previous roads and highways experience are prefereed
* Also candidates with previous airport and/or education experience preferred
