Senior Quantity Surveyor/Senior Cost Consultant
Leading International Organisation who is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor from a Cost Consultancy background to work on a major high rise projects. The role will be to manage the commercial side of the project in the post contract phae.
Experienced cost manager, quantity surveyor or cost consultant capable of taking a senior role on a major project and successfully managing a multi disciplinary team to support in the smooth and cost effective delivery of the project. Will have ideally have previously delivered major projects from inception to completion. Some previous Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.
Requirements
* A stable employment history.
* Degree qualified in a RICS accredited quantity surveying degree (or relevant RICS accredited degree) with over 8 years experience.
* Good knowledge of all commercial contracts.
* Ideally Holding MRICS Professional Qualification or working towards it.
* Must have worked for a Cost Consultancy, Project Management Company or client side previously
