Senior Quantity Surveyor - Main Contractor (Qatar)

Tier 1 Contractor require a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing business in Qatar.

They currently have a large Commercial development in the centre of Doha. It's a flagship development consisting of 2 x high rise buildings (45 floors) and is over 1Billion Dhs in value.

It is an iconic project in the area which is attracting a lot of attention for all of the right reasons. They require a Senior QS to be based down at the site, reporting into a Commercial Manager.

Requirements

- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management
- Experience working for a Contractor in the Middle East
- Will have worked on Building projects
- Experience managing subcontractors packages
- Claims / Variations experience
- Good stints with previous employers
