Job description / Role
Our client is a well-recognized firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Construction Consultants based in Qatar, which provides service of Quantity Surveying, Projects Management & Construction advice in his area.
He is currently looking to expand his team of Chartered Quantity Surveyors; In order to be considered for this attractive position you must have a degree in Quantity Surveying, minimum of 5 years of experience, good understanding of Fidic and be MRICS or very close to completing your APC course.
Requirements
- BSc in Quantity Surveying
- Other certifications obtained: MRICS
- PQS consultancy experience
Specialist knowledge: Contracts specialist/well orientated
Soft Skills and Personality traits: good negotiator, leadership experience/ability
Age Range: 28 years old to 37 years old
Nationality Preference: British, Irish, South African
Current Location: Anywhere
