Job description / Role
Leading bank is looking to hire an experienced individual with on-the-ground exposure in the Gulf and solid experience in a Relationship Management within the Commercial Banking / Mid Cap markets.
This role is primarily responsible for developing and maintaining business relationships with clients in the Commercial Banking / Mid Cap sector to fulfill all of their banking requirements. You will establish customer relationships by regularly meeting with them, at clients premises and at the bank, checking their accounts and ensuring that the credit loans approved for the clients are available to them through the system and assisting credit administration in completing documentation.
This is a senior role, which reports directly into the Head of Mid Cap / Commercial Banking and has responsibility for managing a team of individuals who will be required to market and sell liabilities and asset products to clients.
Requirements
You are most likely to currently be an RM, or an SRM looking for a move into a bank that is growing aggressively and where accelerated career opportunities are available for top performers.
You must have trade finance, project financing and cash flow financing knowledge, with good experience of sales, financial analysis, credit rating tools, credit assessment, risk management, relationship management and presentations.
