Senior Sales Engineer

Job description / Role

We are an 'A' Grade MEP Contracting company based in Qatar. We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Engineer for Our new AC brand agency (RUUD a USA brand). The candidate should be very dynamic, energetic and very enthusiastic in achieving his target, maintaining the existing clientele and penetrating into new market.

He would be selling to clients and main contractors who incorporate RUUD AC, which will be installed, commissioned and maintained by our own company.

Selling to MEP contractors and follow-up with sub-dealers for distribution.

Very much preferable to have worked with dealers or agents or representatives of the most common AC brands (Carrier, York, Trane, Rheem, RUUD, Toshiba, Hitachi or SKM, Petra, Dunham Bush, LG, Samsung etc.)

Requirements

- Should be a Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 8-12 years in direct selling of various types of AC units, out of which at least 3-4 years as Senior Sales Engineer in a reputed MEP company in the Middle East countries
- Previous experience in Qatar Market is highly preferred
- We prefer an Arabic National (preferably Egyptian or Jordanian)
- Should be very dynamic, energetic and capable of achieving the target within the time frame,
- should have high negotiation skills and closing the deal with clients and contractors
- Strong personality and self-initiative and very active in public relation and building customers connections
- Should have very good communication skills in Arabic & English
