Senior Strategy Specialist

Job description / Role

A large government organisation in Qatar are looking for a Senior Strategy Specialist who is an expert with Strategy Management and Balanced Scorecard Implementation.

The role will involve establishing key relationships with business lines to develop their strategy management processes as well as assisting Departments with development of strategy maps, objectives, KPIs, targets and initiatives.

Requirements

* 20+ years overall work experience (experience in Government and Middle East is desirable)
* Degree Qualified (MBA or equivalent is desirable)
* Experience in Construction industry
* Experience in corporate strategy and balance scorecard driven environments
* Expert with Balanced Scorecard (Knowledge and implementation of Balanced Scorecard principles required)
* Arabic language fluency is desirable
* Exposure to Balanced Scorecard softwares required
* Excellent communication skills are essential with a proven ability to successfully deliver at a strategic level
