Job description / Role
- Responsible for Structural design in one or different projects in the site.
- Review and Approve Contractor’s Submittals (Drawings, Shop Drawings, As Built Drawings, Calculation Sheets, Method Statements, Concrete Mix Design, Subcontractor’s Company Profile and Material Samples).
- Coordinate with Architects and MEP Engineers for all Projects related Trades.
- Response to Contractor’s RFI.
- Attend Technical and Progress Meeting with contractors.
- Coordinate with the Head Office for Design and Design Modification related to Projects Execution.
- Responsible for group of Engineers and Draftsmen for Design and for supervision
- To perform others duties as assigned by upper authority within the scope of qualification.
Requirements
- Experience involving structural design, construction execution, construction supervision for numerous types of civil engineering works that include residential buildings, commercial buildings / infrastructures, roads and all other related works.
- Responsible for construction management and supervision of residential buildings and infrastructure.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities for Contract works and materials take - off for civil works
- Responsible in survey works
- Must have strong background in Steel / Concrete / Road works
- Must have computer abilities especially with Software: Prokon, Etabs, STAAD and other related
