Our newest opportunity is for a talented Senior Sustainability Manager to join our award-winning team based in Doha, Qatar .

This position is responsible for spearheading the sustainability consultancy strategic expansion, by utilizing international and bespoke sustainability systems, and developing with potential clients ideas which will be further developed by an in-house dynamic, enthusiastic and highly technical team.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include;

- A clear understanding of global sustainability consultancy practices and proven development, and delivery, of projects in green certification and bespoke sustainability consultancy urban development sectors
- Leading the delivery of new projects with existing clients in MENA region, identifying future opportunities and supporting, or leading, initiatives for global projects
- Driving a dynamic team of internal experts and identify opportunities which can be tailored to the needs of clients
- Expertise in writing detailed proposals aligned with the companies requirements and frameworks as well as the ability to present to clients detailed complex tailored solutions to win work
- Identify opportunities based on a set of diverse sustainability services and take early decisions on project development and expansion of services
- A proven track record of managing team members from different technical backgrounds at very early project stages with the ability to develop program management systems inclusive of technical, design and contractual control requirements
- Managing the preparation of tender proposals for the Sustainability Department, and for cross discipline bids managed by Project Managers within other KEO Divisions
- Work directly on technical design deliverables and green certification and sustainability compliance schemes
- Ensure quality control, quality assurance, submittal protocols and document flow procedures are followed and are successfully implemented at project initiation and at Divisional level based on Corporate requirements

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15 years work experience partnered with a Masters degree in Architecture / Sustainability / Environmental Design .
- Chartered status with a reputable Environmental or Engineering society and or Professional Membership under multiple Green certification schemes will be viewed favourably.
- Bilingual communication skills in both English and Arabic would be a benefit.
