Job description / Role
Working for the leading Contracting Organisation within Qatar taking the lead on all technical aspects of a major project for all engineering related technical submittals, method statements and shop drawings etc. - ensuring correct and best practice design and buildibilty and ensuring all aspects of the project run smoothly from a technical point of view and all concerned parties have the correct information at the right time.
The successful candidate will come from and engineering background and will be technically strong in all aspects of major projects from inception to completion. Used to taking a key role in the Project leadership team and working closely with the Project Director to ensure the project is delivered successfully on time.
Requirements
* Degree Qualified in Civil Engineering
* At Least 10 years in Technical Design Management
* Major Project Experience in either Build or Infrastructure or Mixed Use
* Experience in the delivery of designs for mega projects
* Excellent Technical Knowledge
* Previous Track record as a Technical or Design and Build Manager
* Stable Track record with blue chip contractors
