Employment: Full Time

Service Administrator - DOMASCO - Doha, Qatar

As part of our National Service Department, you will be responsible to coordinate with HR Department on functions related to recruitment, salary, accommodation, medical cards, insurance, uniforms and management of admin related files. You need to ensure that communication on these functions is properly and closely coordinated with all the branches and staff queries are addressed accordingly.

Also part of your main job is the creation of purchase orders and clearing of invoices. You will be in charge of procurement of all type of office supplies and cafeteria items, printing of workshop stationeries and coordinating with vendors.

Requirements

The ideal candidate for this role should be a Graduate in any discipline and should have at least 2 years in automotive business and familiar with various management reports and flair for technology.

You are required to possess skills in planning, computational, analytical, methodical, communication, interpersonal and ability to work under pressure.
