Job description / Role

Service Engineer - MEP - Maintenance - HMAF - Doha, Qatar

Based on Al Futtaim Engineering Doha office, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager. You will be working closely with the Maintenance team.

Your key responsibilities will include to plan preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, to hold timely meeting with the clients to ensure all the work is carried out in a timely and professional manner, to arrange and coordinates for tools/spares equipments for the sites and to train the staff for maintaining the highest standards of HSE practices.

Also you will be responsible to ensure all works PPM, CM and casusals are completed as scheduled.

Please note the technical skiiks you should have to perform the duties:
- Ability to arrest /attend/rectify all kinds of faults of chillers, DX units and their control systems of large HVAC installations.
- Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a specific job
- Ability to assist workers in inspecting and testing systems to verify system compliance with plans and specifications and to detect malfunctions.
- Should have experience high rise building, Malls and residential towers and villas and should have worked in Gulf.
- Display highest standards of HSE practices.

Requirements

Ideally you should be Bachelor's of Engineering - Electrical / Mechanical, with 5-10 years of experience in a MEP company.

Good knowledge of Microsoft office, word excel is must.
