Service Supervisor - DOMASCO - Doha, Qatar

As part of our Automotive team, you will be responsible for control and to guide the repair and maintenance activities in the workshop and to achieve or exceed the business targets by ensuring that maximum productivity and technical efficiency on the technical floor as always.

You will be responsible for Workshop Capacity Planning and Loading. You will be accountable for optimising productivity, efficiency and workshop output and review for continuous improvement. In addition, you will control productive time and allocation.

Requirements

You should possess a degree/ diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering and should have at least a minimum of 3 to 5 years overall experience with automobile dealership – Out of which a minimum 3 years in Service Dept. at supervisor level.

You should also be able to communicate effectively with strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills with strong leadership skills.
