Signalling and Communications Manager - Rail - Qatar

An international consultancy company is urgently conducting a search for Signalling and Communications Manager. As a Train Controls/Signalling Manager you will specialize on the:
- Design of signalling, telecommunications and supervision systems
- Coordination of the interfaces and the operation between the signalling systems, rolling stock, platform screen doors and the other railway systems, both for the main lines and the depot.
- You will act as the lead reviewer for the contractor’s design submissions, method statements, T&C procedures and results and promote value engineering at an early stage in the design.

Requirements

- You must have a Bachelor degree of engineering from a high recognized University, preferably Western Educated.
- More than 20+ years of relevant experience in Railway Engineering
- High technical and proven track record on significant rail program/transit system.
- Fluency in both verbal/written English communication skills.
- Experience in the Middle East desirable.
