Social Media Specialist

The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the company's Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.

What you will be doing:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
- Propose Social media plan for campaigns and analyse campaign outcomes in detail, using a variety of proprietary software application.
- Define the most important social media KPIs and ensure that all targets are met.
- Contribute in creating or updating social media training manuals, policies and procedures.
- Manage and oversee social media content.
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams.
- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Swift response to all social media messages, comments.
- Attend all company events and work on expanding Doha Oasis.
- Perform any relevant additional duties and responsibilities as directed by Line Manager and Top management.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:

- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or any other related field
- Master's Degree or MBA is beneficial but not essential
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position with strong knowledge in media relations and relevant statutory requirements
- Professional training in the field of marketing, advertisement, business development and public relations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Accuracy and attention to details.
- Fluency in English, Arabic and French is a plus.
- Sufficient understanding of Fashion, Entertainment, Hospitality and Luxury.
- Sufficient analytical skills.
- Customer Relationship management platform experience
