Job description / Role
1. Maintenance of entire storage areas in warehouse
2. To ensure smooth moving of items from container to warehouses and later warehouse to retail floor for SRN Deliveries, etc
3. Sorting, Bar coding, Pricing, Hangering, Tagging of stocks
4. Assisting in the maintenance of miscellaneous works like painting, electrical works, cleaning, housekeeping and safety etc
5. To ensure documentation and arrange stocks as per the requirement of Customer Delivery Vehicles / Schedule
6. To identify, remove and take appropriate action on damaged goods & non-trading items
7. To simplify/standardize the process of identification and storing of stocks at different w/h locations and reduction in delivery cycle time
8. Ensuring Safety and security of the stocks in the warehouse
9. To do necessary preparations and planning for physical verifications.
10. To guide new staffs in getting acquainted with various departments/locations
11. Any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior
