WSP are looking for a Stakeholder Engineer with experience in the project delivery to join us in one of our flagship projects in Qatar.
Our role as the GEC - Site Supervision Consultant, is to undertake all works supervision activities required for the liaison with all project stakeholders and PWA's other contractors. Activities include risk management studies, establishment and constant up-dating of a comprehensive project risk register, contract management and administration, construction supervision, quantity surveying services and project close out and maintenance period duties required for the delivery of Local Roads and Drainage Projects for the upgrading of existing substandard or temporary local roads and infrastructure and constructing new roads and infrastructure for planned new developments throughout the State of Qatar.
A typical week would include:
* Monitor and report on the status of approvals in line with the project deliverable dates with the client especially with regards to roads and drainage infrastructure.
* Ensure that the correct procedures and processes are applied when making submissions to the particular statutory authority/stakeholder.
* Coordinate and communicate with the contractor to ensure that statutory authority/stakeholder requirements are incorporated where required.
* Negotiate with the individual statutory authority/stakeholder.
* Coordinate and manage the stakeholder requirements within the supervision team and similarly communicate the supervision team the requirements and objectives with the specific statutory authority/stakeholder;
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* A bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 5 years of working experience with 3 years of similar experience.
* Experience in the GCC.
