Job description / Role
• Develop and maintain valuable stakeholder relationships.
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Assist business units to effectively consult and engage stakeholders on relevant projects.
• Implement the firm’s stakeholder engagement guidelines.
• Ensure access and equity principles are considered and included in relevant strategies and programs.
• Manage stakeholder satisfaction research projects, including developing and implementing strategies for continually improving stakeholder satisfaction across the Scheme.
• Manage stakeholder forums, meetings and special events.
• Oversee implementation of the firms access and equity service level agreement with local law / authorities.
• Coordinate stakeholder contact through the implementation of a stakeholder contact management system.
• Provide content and updates for various levels of management reporting and environmental scanning processes.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Business Degree in International Management, Administration, Engineering or comparable is required.
• A minimum of 10 years’ stakeholder management experience is required with exposure to stadiums, airports, high rise mixed use towers or projects of large capacity would be highly regarded.
• The exceptional communicator we seek must also possess bilingual language abilities in English and Arabic.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years GCC work experience to be considered for this role.
