Job description / Role
Senior role reporting to Operations Director. The role will ensure ownership of our customers' satisfaction, by proactively managing the station including:
- Excellent day to day performance of employees on duty, safety, cash regulations, security and cleanliness, availability of information for customers, responding to operational issues and ensuring that all equipment functions correctly.
- The role will provide motivation and guidance to employees and reinforce high standards with regard to performance, customer service, safety.
- The role will also ensure that the service provided to us by contractors is monitored and appropriately managed on a day to day basis.

Requirements
Qualifications / Skills Expectations for Ideal Candidates
- Degree or Technical Diploma holder (any engineering stream)
- Fluency in English
- Driving License
- Customer Service abilities
- Able to operate a complex system with safety related functions
- Rigor in executing and applying instructions and analytical abilities
- Good communication skills and capable of sharing precise, clear and concise information.
- Able to manage stress and remain calm and objective, particularly during challenging situation (failure/incident)
- Is able to diagnose technical malfunctions, interpret and apply solutions from written and verbal Information
