Guildhall is currently supporting a Grade A Contractor in Doha that is looking to appoint a Subcontracts Manager for one of their Mixed-Use Developments.
- They require an experienced Contracts / Commercial Manager who has a very good understanding of the Qatar market and comes from a Civil Engineering background (not a Quantity Surveyor).
Requirements
Requirements:
- Civil Engineering or Construction Manager degree
- 10 - 15 years experience
- Main Contractor experience
- Strong background in Subcontractor Management, Subcontract Administration, Contracts Administration and Claims
- Must be based in Doha
