Job description / Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly talented team of Railway project management professionals supporting our client on this mega rail project in the GCC. As System Engineering Manager you will be responsible for heading a design review team covering systems and rolling stock.
You will also facilitate design review process workshops in addition to being the main point of contact for all System Engineering design deliverables. As the System Engineering Manager you will work closely with the Civil Engineering Manager to deliver a collaborative approach to design review for this major people mover programme.
Requirements
- Educated to Degree level in an Engineering discipline from a recognised University or tertiary institution
- Chartered status essential
- At least 20 years of relevant experience in Railways/Infrastructure Engineering
- Proven track record on a significant rail program/transit system
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English
- A flexible and agile approach to problem solving
- Middle East experience preferred but not essential
