Systems Controller (IT Security) - Qatar Airways - Doha

In this role you will play a key role in supporting and maintaining IT security for the Qatar Airways group.

Your responsibility will include carrying out penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for Web applications and mobile applications. Additionally, you will are also required to independently administer and manage Web Application Firewall assigned specifically to you. You must have hands on experience in Web Application Security testing, Application Penetration testing, Web Application Firewall / WAF, Source Code Review and Mobile application security testing.

Requirements

To be successful in the role you must hold a Bachelor's degree in either Computer Science or Engineering. You must have at least 8 years of experience in Information Technology of which at least 3 years must be in an IT Security/ Information Security domain.

You must have a high level understanding of security technologies, such as DLP, Antivirus, WAF, Firewall, IPS, IDS, SPAM control, Malicious content protection, System and Application Security testing, conducting independent vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, conducting user activity analysis (web browsing analysis, email analysis, network pattern analysis, user activity correlation) etc.

An IT Security certification (CEH, CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO LA 27001, PCI-QSA) is highly preferred.
