Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly renowned entity within the oil and gas industry. Our client is looking to hire a professional and focused Talent Development Specialist who will report directly to the Talent Development Manager.
Working closely with the Talent Development Manager, you will be involved in identifying training and development needs. You will also prepare and deliver technical orientation and induction programs to new employees. In addition, you will design, establish and evaluate training programs to develop existing staff members.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree with a minimum of 4 years experience in a training / talent development role. It is essential you have at least 2 years experience in a senior capacity. Preference will be given to candidates who are available to join within a short time frame.
