Job description / Role
Our client is a reputable and highly regarded organisation in Qatar who are looking to hire an experienced Talent Management Expert. You will be responsible for creating integrated talent management frameworks and strategies for Qatari Nationals that will focus on developing employees to support and drive their robust National growth plans.
This role will focus on selection and assessment testing, competency modelling and talent identification. You will also be required to review current and future successor needs as well as analysing training needs. You will focus on career pathways and will be responsible for maximising the performance of employees, accelerating high performers as well as identifying career development and executive team development. The successful candidate will be involved in succession planning including talent reviews, talent management grids and employee engagement.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s Degree in HR or Management and have at least 5 - 8 years of talent management experience working in an international organisation with 1500+ employees. Due to the scope of the role, the ideal candidate should be Arabic speaking and have experience in the Qatar/GCC region.
