Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
• 10+ Years of experience within Human Resources in identifying, designing and implementing talent management solutions
• Understanding of talent management software systems (Performance and succession management)
• Experience with Success Factors solutions
• Strong expertise in human resources and talent management.
