Talent Manager

Job description / Role

Al Qamra Holdings Group is looking for a Talent Manager to design, implement and maintain talent acquisition, development and retention strategies. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of the company’s talent acquisition. You are required to develop retention policies, systems and procedures successfully. Your role will involve implementing and managing learning and development solutions in support of the business objectives and in alignment with international benchmarks.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement performance management policies, processes and practices to facilitate a high performance culture
- Design and maintain job grading policy, processes and tools
- Define functional and behavioral competencies
- Evaluate incumbent skill level against requirements

Requirements

- Minimum 8 year’s Human Resources experience in a unionized environment at a management level
- B. Degree. A post graduate qualification will be an advantage
- Excellent employee relations knowledge and skills
- Advanced understanding and interpretation of all the appropriate Labour Law
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix structure
- Ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels
- Leadership skills with the sound ability in problem solving and conflict resolution
- Excellent negotiations and consulting skills
- Good ability to grasp business issues
- Computer- literate and have strong administration skills
