Technical Coordinator - MEP - Maintenance

Technical Coordinator x 3 - MEP - Maintenance - HMAF - Doha, Qatar

Based on Al Futtaim Engineering office in Doha, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager, working with MEP - Maintenance division.

The key responsibilities for this role will be :-
- Monitor drawing / material / work conformances with provisions as per specification
- Check the activities on site and provide the necessary reminders to the Project Manager, Operations Manager and the Planning Engineer for any immediate action.
- Follow up the status of material and shop drawings and keep all parties informed of the status and follow up the implementation of the Clients comments in timely manner.
- Distribute detailed information, documents and regulations as applicable to all concerned parties and ensure their acknowledgement and adherence to its contents.
- Coordinate with main contractors, sub-contractors, MEP coordinator, Engineers and Operations Manager to obtain clearance before starting the work to ensure smooth and efficient execution of work.
- Provide Technical support and solve all Site related issues to ensure completion of Jobs within the stipulated time.
- Make full weekly / monthly reports as required by the client
- Follow up and close all day to day activities.

Technically, knowledge of al MEP systems, Equipment, market values and drawings is proffered.

Requirements

Ideally you must be graduated from any recognised university, with minimum 4 years of related maintenance work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Gulf Experience is preferred.

Microsoft office, word, excel, powerpoint and SAP knowledge is preferred.
