Job description / Role
Guildhall has secured a new client which has been awarded a brand new, key facility management project in Doha, Qatar.
We are looking for an experienced Facility Management professional for this new project who will be responsible for the following:
- Manages the technical team
- Provide the technical support to site teams to trouble shoot and solve maintenance issues
- Manages the helpdesk team and ensure all helpdesk reports are accurate and are produced on time
- Ensures contract’s KPIs are met
- Responds in timely manner to emergencies
- Communicates efficiently with the client and subcontractors and keeps records for all communications
- Prepares and manages SOPs (O&M, helpdesk, assets capturing, reporting, etc.)
- Prepares weekly and monthly reports and other operational reports and presentations as requested
- Manages hard services and soft services subcontractors
- Participates in contracts review and preparation
Requirements
In order to secure an interview for this role, applicants should demonstrate the following skills, experience and qualifications:
- Degree in either Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- 10 years post graduate experience in engineering
- 5+ years experience as a facility manager
- Fluent in Arabic
