Job description / Role
- Must have project management and international contractors experience in the construction industry
- Must hold experience in Interior Design and 6 star finishes
- Must have been a Technical Manager for last 5 years for construction companies or consultants
- Must have experience in 5+ star high end Hotels
- Must have experience in high rise construction projects of at least 40 stories high
- Must have worked in projects in excess of 600 million USD
- Must have experience in projects, multi-layer stakeholders
- Must have finished at least two projects of at least 600 million US dollars
- Must be excellent in contractual letter writing
- Must have the ability to systematically analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.
- Must be excellent in leading meetings both in one-on-one or group situation
- Must have worked on turnkey projects
- Must have works in projects internationally
- Must be able to manage a team of related disciplines staff Technical
- Must be dynamic / self-motivated / hands on management
- Must be a team leader, who is a problem solver
- Must have worked on projects of a workforce of between 2,000 to 4,000 labor force
- Must be fluent in English/ written/ spoken
- Must demonstrate how to complete project in 32 months within cost / quality & time
- Must demonstrate how to achieve the level of finishes required with the constraints on finishes in Qatar, 6* International
Requirements
- Must have 20 years’ experience in Construction Industry
- Must have an Architecture Bachelor's degree
- Valid MME registration is preferred
- Professional Registration with a recognised Architectural body will be preferred
