Job description / Role
Opportunity to join a developer in Qatar working on the development, construction and management of regions of industrial and economic building and infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring and controlling technical resources, technical aspects, planning, scheduling, maintenance and budgeting activities within the assigned area.
Requirements
• A degree in an Engineering discipline
• Excellent technical skills, knowledge and experience of infrastructure and buildings maintenance
• Maintenance planning and scheduling knowledge
• Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)or CAFM experience
• Supply chain management
• A track record of working in a similar environment such as Logistic Park, large Oil & Gas or real estate complex, Free Zones etc
